The short version

The free font tool runs entirely in your browser — typing in the box sends nothing to us. We only receive data you deliberately give us: an email address if you buy credits or join the list, and the text you submit if you generate a wordmark. We run no analytics or tracking cookies of our own. Ads on some pages are served by Google AdSense, which has its own cookie practices described below.

What we collect

Your email address (to track credits and, if you subscribe, to send you product updates), payment records processed by Stripe (we never see your card details), and the inputs you submit to run the wordmark generator.

If you give us your email, it is held on a single list shared across DAOx LTD's own products (so you aren't asked separately by each of our tools); it is never sold or shared outside DAOx LTD. Unsubscribing removes you from all of them.

How inputs are used

Wordmark inputs are sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) solely to produce your result. Under our API terms they are not used to train AI models. We do not sell your data to anyone.

Storage

Account and usage records are stored in Google Cloud (Firestore). Payments are handled by Stripe under their privacy policy.

Emails

If you join the launch list you'll receive product announcements from DAOx. Every email contains an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is immediate.

Advertising & cookies

This site shows ads served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies and similar device identifiers to serve and measure ads. In particular:

• Google uses advertising cookies to enable it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
• You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of a wider set of third-party vendors' personalised ads at www.aboutads.info/choices.
• Where consent rules apply (for example in the EEA, UK and Switzerland), you will be shown a consent message and can decline personalised advertising cookies before any are set. You can change that choice at any time from the same message.
• We do not run our own tracking or analytics cookies. The only cookies or stored identifiers on this site beyond the above are functional: your browser's local storage holds your own credit balance and preferences, and never leaves your device except to check your balance with our server.

Younger visitors

This site is a general-audience tool. On pages whose topic is likely to attract visitors under 13 (our Roblox guide), we tag ad requests for child-directed treatment, which means Google serves only non-personalised ads there and does not use interest-based profiles. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; the free font tool collects nothing from anyone, and buying credits requires a payment method.

Your rights

You may request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. We comply with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, and we extend the same rights — access, correction and deletion — to visitors everywhere.
