What to include
- Wordmark or credit problems — the email address you used on the site, and roughly when it happened. If a generation failed you were not charged a credit, but tell us anyway so we can check.
- Refunds — per our terms, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the value of your unused credits. Include the email you purchased with.
- Privacy and data requests — you can ask for a copy of your data or for it to be deleted at any time, as described in our privacy policy. Tell us the email address the request concerns.
- Guide corrections — if a platform changed its rules and one of our guides is now wrong, we genuinely want to know. Include a link to what changed if you have one.
- Anything about the ads — if an ad shown on this site seems inappropriate, tell us which page you saw it on and roughly when, and we will report and block it.
